A Partnership: Our Roles Defined

My Tiny Sites service is an implementation package. Think of me as your expert builder and you as the architect. I use my technical and design skills to bring your vision to life. This service is built on a partnership: you provide the creative direction and content, and I build the website.

Our Focused Design Discovery

Your Tiny Site journey includes a strategic, 75 minute discovery session as our initial launch call. This focused approach is the key to how we build a professional site so efficiently. During this call, we will:

  • Discuss your business goals.
  • Review your chosen design style.
  • Analyze the up to two (2) inspirational websites you provide.

A Note on Inspiration Sites

Inspiration sites are a wonderful way to share the overall look and feel you’re drawn to — colors, typography, layout, and mood. For Tiny Sites, we’ll use these examples as stylistic guidance rather than something to duplicate exactly.

We’ll be focusing on clean, thoughtful design and the core features your business truly needs, not on replicating complex custom animations, highly interactive elements, or complex custom-coded functionality. This helps us keep your Tiny Site beautiful, professional, and efficient to build and maintain.

The Project Flow: From Start to Launch

  1. Onboarding: Once we’ve decided we’re a great fit, the official kick-off process is simple and streamlined. The first step is to fill out the Getting Started Form. Upon submission, you will be immediately directed to the Service Agreement to review and approve the project terms.
  2. Invoice & Booking: After the agreement is complete, I’ll email the invoice for the project fee. Your spot is officially booked in my calendar the moment the payment is made!
  3. The Launch Call: We’ll have our 75 minute discovery call to align on the vision and plan.
  4. Your Prep Work: You’ll provide all the necessary materials for the site (see below).
  5. Mid-Project Review: This is the exciting part where you get to see your vision coming to life! I’ll schedule a preview meeting for us to walk through the site together. The main purpose of this meeting is to ensure the design faithfully reflects our launch call goals and to make any final, minor refinements before we prepare for launch. This is the perfect time to make small tweaks like swapping a photo, adjusting a sentence for clarity, or correcting a typo. Our goal here is to refine the details together, ensuring everything feels just right. This collaborative check-in makes sure we are on a clear path to a finish line that we’re both excited about.
  6. Final Wrap-Up: We’ll have one last meeting to make any minor tweaks before launching the site.

What I Need From You (Your Responsibilities)

The 7-day timeline depends on you providing the following in a timely manner:

  • Design Direction: Come to our Launch Call ready to share your design preferences (the look and feel you’re drawn to) and send links to 2 to 3 inspiration websites. These examples help me understand your taste quickly so I can design your Tiny Site to fit your content and goals.
  • Content & Assets: All written copy for the site sections, your logo, brand colors, images, and any necessary code for schedulers or API keys for email lists.
  • Domain & Email: You are responsible for securing your own domain name (e.g., yourwebsite.com) and a professional email address.

What’s Included in the $1799 Project Fee

  • One-Page Website: A professionally built, one-page website on the WordPress platform.
  • 8 Customizable Sections: Your choice of up to eight sections (e.g., About, Services, Contact).
  • Technical Setup: On-page SEO, Google Analytics installation, sitemap creation, and an SSL certificate.
  • Content & Revisions: Light editing of your provided copy and one mid-project review.
  • A Professional Wordmark Logo: If you don’t have a logo, I will design a custom, text-based logo (a “wordmark”) to perfectly complement your site’s aesthetic. This is a professional graphic, not just typed text. You’ll receive the original vector file (plus PNG & PDF versions) so you can use it across all your marketing materials. To keep the process streamlined, this service does not include a separate discovery or revision process.

Premium Hosting & Maintenance ($49/month)

Your website requires hosting to be live on the internet. I provide premium, managed WordPress hosting. This isn’t slow, shared hosting; your site gets its own dedicated resources

  • What it includes: Enterprise level security , nightly backups, and weekly software updates.
  • The Commitment: A minimum six-month commitment for hosting is required. This ensures your site remains stable, secure, and up-to-date during its crucial initial period online.

Website Ownership: It’s 100% Yours

Upon final payment of the project fee, you own the website outright. After the initial six-month hosting commitment, you are free to move your website to any other hosting provider if you choose.
